OK Crossroads, Lets learn how to quote someone without quoting the pics as well every time!! That pic has almost as much play as Ray Greens Road atlanta pic in the OGTA thread

Josh, When you figure out the style and size you want I can have it made into a stencil form and spray it in under some clear to make it extar different. Maybe even do a ghost emblem

Robby, get on the Xroads caravan list for ZoomFest. So far it looks like 5 7s and 2 miatas.

Are you and Amy bringing just the 7 or the vette as well?

Hey Robbie,

There are a lot of things to do there. It is a race weekend so there is always racing going on on the track all weekend. The track is awsome and very pretty to walk thru/around. If Amy is into cars close up walking thru the hot pits is always fun. Checking out all the 7's in race trim etc.. Also for the vette lovers there are always a few nasty vette race cars floating around. The ZF event itself has a parts swap/sale all weekend, last year we had a minivan to smash with bats to raise money for cancer I believe last year. There is a free hospitality lunch( Watch the burgers) on Saturday . The PDX and AuotX eventswill be fun to compete in or watch. Things outside the track complex are just as varied. If you want to taste wine you can go to the local vineyards that Dr. Panoz owns. Lots of little things. Lanier Speedway is directly across the street from RA. Last year on Sat. night there was a race going on there. It is a small 1/8th mile oval I believe. Can't remember if it is dirt or paved. Kyle bush was there last year racing. I got to intoxicated and forgot to go over and watch.

Also there is the city of Atlanta about 30-45 minutes away. Six-flags is closeby and there is the ZOO. I don't know what exactly Amy is into doing That is off the top of my head a list of things going on in and around the track.

Also there is a car show for the ZF event attendies. Lots of catagories.

I hope you guys decide to come down. As for the car making it,.. you gotta have faith ;ike George Michaels said, My belief is that these cars create problems because they are not driven enough. My 500 dollar FB made the 200 mile a day trip to work and back everyday.for over 3 months. Over 10K miles!!!) Yeah there were little things that popped up, but without driving the car you will not see those until the most inopprtune moment. And none of the little things stranded me for long.I was always able to fix it to get home. Between all the people going down I am sure we could fix just about anything on the way. Short of swapping an engine,.. but that too is even [possible on the side of the road with a strong buddy to help lift the engine out and back in Sign up, you know you want to.

Registration closes on THIS SUNDAY!!! As to allow time for shirts to be made for eveyone signed up.

YEAH!!! That's what I'm talkin about man!! I am planning on heading down probably about 4-5 PM from my place here in Denver. That will put us at the track at around 7:30-8:30. There should still be some light left to set-up in. I am down with a caravan. Strength in numbers I'll keep you updated as to our departure plans.

Let's go everyone else who is even thinking of going!Join the fun.

Well I will be off work on Friday at 4, in Mooresville. I figure Amy will meet me there and leave her car for the weekend. If not I may leave at 3 and run home and pick her up. either way planning on leaving around 4. We could meet in Mooresville or if Tim is leaving Friday we could meet him in Huntersville.

I am debating on weather to roll down there with you guys or with my family, since they don't know the way. I guess worse to worse I can go down friday, and when they get off the exit on saturday just go meet them.

Why does it have to be a typo. I have seen FD's go for that in running shape. That said, I did not inquire at all about it. I just saw it and am passing the ad along. I don't need a FD

Any procrastinators that are on the fence about Zoom-Fest,.. You better get on the stick. Registration ends tonight!! Join the fun, you know you want too. We have a good group going from here. Should be great.

When I painted our FC the other day I failed to remember to tape off the Racing Beat Polished exhaust So I am pulling them off now to sand the paint off and then polish them back up again. What a jackass

Of what? The car or exhaust I actually haven't taken any yet. I just painted the wheels last night and am waiting for them to cure hard enough to remount the tires. Then I will wash it and wax it and take pics. Josh saw it today if he wants to lend his opinion.
