This is a REW not a 12A or T2 engine There is plenty of power in stock form to handle either of those I am not looking for rediculous power up top, since I drive the car daily when it is up I want a car with some power that exists outside the nosebleed section of the RPM band. Just what I am going for. I'll still handle you with ease Sorry had to do it

Dave. It's not like that. If you would quit tooting your own horn for a minute, let me explain what a half bridge does. It causes a turbulance in the intake stroke that will totally screw up any possiblilty of driveability or low end responce. It doesn't matter if it's half bridge or full. You seem to think that going half on the end plates will only work on the high end. The air flow is through the entire rpm range. The fact that you have a "REW" is nothing but an intake. The intake and exhaust port timing is the same as any 4 port that has been built since the 70's. If you take your "bridge" eyebrow down as far as your primary port, you will have so much intake overlap you will loose more low end than you realize. I'm just trying to help you out, not start a debate. There is no debate. It's all about port timing. That's it.

Sam, the HBP would work on a later model engine. With the way the manifold is designed and the design of the runners themselves, the primary ports would be pushing a ton more air at lower RPM than the secondaries will be. The manifold has a ton of work in how the HBP runs.

Wet-sanding it tomorrow. Got Ant's approval on a job well done a few minutes ago. It came out waay better this time round due to my compressor taking a crap mid paint and losing pressure(CFM's)

WTF? Am I on everyones **** list these days. I try to give people advice that they will not listen too, then I'm the one to blame when they do it thier way and it doesn't work? I repeat. WTF. For someone wanting to shoot thier mouth off about someone elses work, you should be greatfull that Anthony has had so much patience with something that should have only taken a week to do.

I agree i say we kill the thread and start over. This thread has gotten to be a he said she said **** fest, with a lot of useless **** in between. I think we should start a new thread and everyone start posting back like we have never meet and we can all have clean slates

If we are going to start a new thread I think a couple people should be invited not to join us. And if anyone "runs" their mouth it is not me, the entire group would agree that you are the one with diarhea of the mouth. And bad judgement all together. Anytime you would like to do as good of a job smoothing metal and finishing it WHILE recovering from major back surgery that got botched feel free. And ask Ant how much he is paying for this?
