What size do I print the template out at Stu? This is frustrating because I am sick as hell due to wet-sanding in 30 degree weather the other day with Stu.;(
Also seeing if I can fab up a exhaust the rest of the way back on the FB

The only thing I dont like about that port is the small amount of material left between the bridge. I like to leave more meat there, espacially going turbo. Just make sure you leave a minimum of 2mm between the coolant seal and the bridge. Other than that, not too bad for a beginner Just smooth everything out and roung the ends a little more like this.

I haven't cut anything yet just laying it out with dye. I modified the bridge a little bit to give it more meat and lower the top a little bit to even it out. I may go for it tonight still, who knows.
