Tube bender is a idea. I may try to find some pre-bent at auto-zone etc.. and ghetto one up.

I have a 12 ton pipe bender, works good, just a pain to make sharp bends with long pipe. You really need to mount one on a corner of a bench so you have some room to play with.

There you go Dave^^^^^

Well' I almost lost my turbo today A piece of the rear exhaust puck came out and lodged in the hot side. Luckily, it didn't damage any thing. At this point I didn't know what the "fragment" was untill I pulled the exhaust manifold off. The rear exhaust sleeve in the housing had pushed it's way loose. It must have done it when I first started the car today. I had warmed it up and was taking to fill her up when I noticed it wasn't boosting at all...........Almost felt sick.

After some carefull repair to the sleeve, me and Long took her out for a spin. Problem solved I turned the boost up to 14psi just to see what she was capable of...........HOLY ****!!!! This bitch is a freekin MONSTER! Just half throttle pulling second, the thing was drifting like mad. I had to turn the boost back down. I could get in some serious trouble with that much nuts

sorry boys, got to drinking and forgot to check back in I have a idea for the axle pipe I am going to try at work.

Did you leave the diffuser out this time? Those are hard to remove, I would be worried as to why it came loose. You have to press those out.Glad it didn't hit the turbo though. one doesn't normally get that lucky.

The exhaust sleeves are held in with roll pins from the sides. That's all. When I got the housings, they didn't have sleeves in them. I pulled the sleeves from another set of housings I had. Put them in the new housings with new roll pins. I don't get it either. But since that happened, I figured that I needed to address the air filter situation. My pantyhose was starting to run I was told you could only mount the S4 mass air flow one way or it wouldn't work properly. With my tight engine bay, I decided to try mounting it simi verticaly and see what happens. Seems to work just fine. Some pics for your enjoyment......

Just the black part without the white in a mettalic silver the same color as the rotor decals I got from you. If you could do one in black also, that would be cool. Spank you..........

New shoes are on the rear end of the FB. Anyone know if the Sumi's are directional? I could not find an arrow to save my *** So I matched balance dots. If anyone knows I would appreciate it.
