S5 turbo's have dual openings and doors for the wastegate operation. by design it already controls boost much better but will still creep bad when the exhaust is opened up!

there is less room to port because both holes can end up together and then it gets complex. you basically do the same thing as with an S4 wastegate just keep enough bridge between them and you should be fine. the only time i've ever seen a problem was on a 9.7:1 compression 6port setup. still crept to 15psi no matter what hahaha

NEVER SATISFIED! Trust me on this one. I know that will be my undoing. I found this link http://www.rotorwiki.com/images/6/6e...ngdiagrams.pdf

The S4 turbo doesnt use the variable resistor, right? So as I understand the wiring diagram I can ditch the wiper motor, actuator, sub-zero motor, by-pass air control valve, port air solenoid valve, split air solinoid valve, all the egr stuff, bac, air by-pass sol. valve, air supply valve, and that should be about it on the right side harness.

After digging thru the harness, I have pretty much got it down to the basics. I will still need the 86 NA wiring diagram (Stu), and the 87 Turbo wiring diagram. The only thing that is kinda holding me up right now is the O2 sensor wire. The PO had already put his "touch" on it and I have had to repair some stuff. O'well, I keep telling myself "I asked for it"

You need to remove the ignition switch and clean the contacts inside it. This is a very common issue with the FD's

It still needs to go thru the nasty ordeal as described earlier with DMV etc.. Now a death certificate and other crap is probably going to be needed for the remaining family to transfer it over. OR The shop can get permission from the owners family and get a Mechanics lean on the car. Which basically transfers ownership of the vehicle to the shop, so they can sell it to recover their expenses. It unfortunetly gets a little more difficult when someone dies. That said, Everyone should make out a living will so there are no questions what happens to your stuff etc.. OR get the families info from the shop and deal with them directly. The shop shouldn't care, they should just want the car gone

Thanks to Josh Long coming down today and bringing some more goodies for the TII. I now have 550 primary injectors and 680 secondarys. We also got the right side engine harness almost done. I am going to shorten some of the wires to make sure I don't have alot of excess laying all over the engine. Now I just have to start on the left side! BTW Stu, I still need those wiring diagrams.....

Well shoot! I'm glad you said that cuz mine does the same thing (unless it was the leading coil u fixed). I may still give that a try tho... has it done it to you while trying to start it up?

I understand. I wouldn't want it all on paper anyway. Putting it on a disk is better anyway. I can print off what I need. Anthony, you and Dave are welcome to come up and check the new project out

To answer Dave's question, the injectors on the first and second gens are top feed. I'm not sure about the 3rd gens. The second gens also use a resistor pack in conjunction with the injectors. You have to use the right resistor pack with whether you are using high or low impedence injectors. The injectors I'm using are the stock 550 TII primarys, and the secondarys are the stock 680 GSL-SE. These are hard to come by.
