I passed!!
In November, I took my 10AE to the emissions station equipped with the items shown in my signature. The Readings were... less than optimal. HC @ 597 - 628 (180 is the limit) and CO% @ 1.5 - 1.8 (1.01 limit). You could see the ozone depleting above the exhaust pipes. I ordered a universal CATCO catalytic converter (2.5" diameter inlet and outlet, by the way) from Summit Racing for $56 and had it welded for $100 in place of my RB pre-silencer. Added a little G2P and re-tested tonight. The numbers were HC @ 37-77 and CO% @ 0.00-0.07. The attendant was impressed. He said (with Indian-esque accent), "Pretty good." I said, "You have no idea."
Now all I need are Georgia plates and I can go to the Dragon legally - and make my wife happy about driving legally again.

You can buy it at Pep Boys and, unlike the stuff from Lowe's, they will give you the money back for your test if you fail using their product.
Oh and today, I went and managed to get tags for the 10AE today. I can go to DGRR!!

What I don't understand is that the tag offices are only open from 8.30am to 4.45pm. That's when everyone else is at work. So during opening/closing/lunch hour, people pack in there to get their tags. Couple of hours late a few days a week would really lighten up the traffic load. *shrugs*
