This morning I getup go to work
gas price: 2.63/gal (premium)
Get off work: 2.75/gal
Go to fill up now 2.84/gal (3 hours after getting off work)
I dont know how about the rest of the people here but the 7 is my only transportation and it is starting to hurt my financial situation quite a bit.

welcome to 2006, the 6th year of oil company approved presidency, the oil companies as a whole last year made 700% profit. so stick your heads up your *** and kiss because you like to vote for good ol boy bush. I say Dick[cheney]sucks,**** bush. Oh yeah, we had no federal deficit pre- bush and actually had close to a quarter trillion $ surplus. what do we have now? multi- trillion dollar deficit? the dollar is a joke, go overseas and they laugh at your *** at the exchange bank. who owns halle-burton construction who is the biggest contractor in Iraq, Bush-Cheney have fun. Peace, Rob ps, it is sad when my v-8 pickup is my economy car instead of the 7.

That being said gas prices do make me cringe. Especially when I remember how big the seven's tank is.

It will keep on going up until somebody will go Ok that enaough for now alot of people are getting pissed lets lover it to 2.00/gal again for a while make them happy and then jump on it again. I mean this is complete bull give the Oil producing countries 10 bucks per barrel if they dont take it lets go some place else after about a week they will come down on price due to the fact that they wont have nowhere to put the oil. I bet you if you talked to Russians they would gladly sell the oil to US at a lover cost but Bush cant get over gis big *** ego.

We could go someplace else for our oil, but after reconsidering it for a minute, I've come to the conclusion that it would help our price only marginally. Think about it, Yeah, OPEC is charging us $55-60/barrel, but it's OUR companies here in the US that are making the MASSIVE proffits! Even regardless of OPEC's rising prices and the crisis in the gulf, they keep reporting record profits. So go ahead and import it from Russia, OUR companies are still gonna screw us since we refine it ourselves. We could drill in Alaska, but again, same problem - OUR companies drill AND refine it.
It is illegal and I don't like it, but probably the only solution that would actually work is for us to start assassinating the oil company's CEO's, Company VP's, Upper management, etc; until they are too scared for their lives to keep the prices up. Unfortunately, assassination is considered illegal. heh. So, yeah, we are just screwed. Better just get used to it.

I say we put the VP's, CEO'S and upper management on a plane, say Bush is on it and let a few rag heads on the plane. That will screw them into getting their country blown up and it will get at the oil companies. lol

Yeah it sucks *****. But I live 3 miles form work Although my wife drives an 8 and works 25 miles one way from her job. The 8, with all the praise and accolades it was getting about better fuel economy than previous rotaries is only getting 19-21 for us. And I know all about the "lets make the car super rich to save the cat crap." . Almost hard to sit back down after filling up after taking an *** pounding from the oil companies.

How about non-democrat whiners? sorry i don't believe in your 2 party politics. third party is the only chance in hell. don't say it doesn't happen. Look at Germany. who is in power? the Green party. Know how they started. with one [council/congress] member. **** your old stupid *** or reaganite regime right wing bullshit. that's why we're fucked and less middle class and more rich/poor divide. these politics as well as elsewhere are all bought and sold by business dealings, yes even backwoods ohio local elections. also, take a political science class and you would find out about pendulum/circular politics which to let you know "every" superpower in civilization has a peak, then a rapid descent. give you a clue where we are at in that time frame. so put your head between your legs so you can get *** fucked somemore paying inflated, greedy, profit taking barons. enjoy my good friend enjoy

went to a gas station here in Savannah and it said 3 cents a gallon cheaper if you pay with cash! i was like its worth it to wait on the slow *** clerk, but dont like having to carry around cash or get charged 4$ at the little ATM in the store to save 3 cents a gallon.
