East TN meet

Who: All Mazda RX7 enthusist

When: 22 October 2005 @ noon

Where: Exit 407, New Krogers on Winfield Dunn Parkway before Seiverville.

Why: To hook up, meet new people, make some friends (need some since I am pretty new here), and to just hang out.

How: In your RX7.

Plans: Drive up through Gatlinburg, up to Newfound gap in the mountains, and back down. Upon return will will go to Douglas Dam campgrounds and have a cook out. Maybe drop by Krogers again and grab the stuff we need so we dont have issues keeping the meats cold. I need a guestimate on how many people are coming. I need everyone to bring an item or two to cook at be respocible for. State your name, what you drive, and what you are bringing, and add me and I'll put you on the list.

Knox7, I am down for your meet up too, I just need time and date aboiut 3 weeks in advance, so I can get someone to replace me for the night.

exit 407 is on I-40 east of knoxville. It is the exit for Smokeys stadium, Gatlinburg, and dolly wood.

They way things are looking so far, a 12 pack of pop should be plenty. Hickory chips, wood chips, it's basically just smokes like a mother and gives a SMOKED taste to your meat, corn, baked potatoes, toast, or anything else you would normally cook on the grill..

Good news everyone. Ill have a new-ish motor in the car for the meet. Pray that my first ever engine swap bodes well and I can tune it right b4 we get together....dont want to miss work nor the fun.

On a side note....if anyone has a wheel hub for the right front(4-lug), mines about toast and I need a cheap replacement before i swap out to 5-lug. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks TwEaK. All you have to do is get the rotor and hub off the spindle, or just pull the spindle off with it too...im not sure if ive fubared the spindle yet but its sounding more and more like it every day. Just let me know what parts you still have available and ill see if I can use some, bits and peices of things i know im gonna need sooner or later....speakign of which i think i broke my ability to adjust the Rich/Lean mix screw tonight...

See the bent peice in the first pic, but the same peice thats straight in the 2nd?

You guessed it! I need that bent peice! It's called the rear upper torson arm. There

are two connections, one at each end. I can come get it from you Sat if you are close.

Also, name a price. I can pay with cash! Thanks Tweak.
