i think 93 is actually pretty low, especially since the sensor is all heat soaked near the throttle body, and also seeing all the hot air after the turbo. at teh beginning of the run, it was 102!

37 venturies will give you a pretty good low to mid end, but no top end. Idle jets are good til about 2500RPM or so, then main jet will kick in. Large air/small main = rich @ low end but lean on top (opposite for small air/large main). Keep in mind that RB's recommendation are for track use to comply with rules/regs.
Depending on your driving habits, but my starting combo is 65 idle, 150 air, 190 main. and no venturies (to make it a "true" 45 carb). For exhaust, I prefer a fire breathing dragon so if you're running a full RB exhaust package, ditch the presilencers and run a straight pipe to the muffler. It will be a little louder but it will run better (not to mention less weight). In addition, IMHO, if that carb has a inlet filter screen junk it and switching to larger exhaust pipes (dual 2.25 with single muffler or single 2.5 exhaust) helps.
Work on idle/low end before messing with top end. Be sure to log every jet combo to keep track on which will work best for you. Keep in mind that every engine has its own mind and what works for others may not work for you.

Mel, thanks for your response. Just to be clear are those sizes you recommend for a 12A? I'm up for trying anything to get the most out of what I have. Since I already have 2 filters (1 at the tank and 1 just before the carb) the inlet screen probably is a bit redundant. I will look into getting a pipe section made to replace the presilencers, that makes sense.
