Like every other BBQ gathering that we have had the constant is still the constant..

... that is for everyone to participate and bring something in the way of food. I will bring the charcoal and lighter fluid as I will also donate sodas.

I dont know how many times I have to squash negativity so lets just set the standard once and for all...

Dont worry about knowing if a lot of people are coming... just dont worry about it because it sets a negative premise... and then some other negative people jump on the same bandwagon... who cares how many people are coming.. Just concern yourself with your presence and YOU attending.

We can take S.R. 826 Expwy (Palmetto Expwy) to NW 122nd Street (same as W 68th St) East to E4th Ave .. as we travel East on W 68th St. it becomes W 65th Street and after Palm Ave it becomes E 65th. St. The park entrance will be on our left.


The other option is to continue North on S.R. 826 Expwy (Palmetto Expwy) to Take the FL-924 EAST (Gratigny Expwy) Take the NW 42ND AVE (LEJEUNE) South till we get to E 65th Street (Gratigny Rd) then turn East andArrive at 401 E 65TH ST, HIALEAH, on the

A correction to the above directions... I am not used to giving directions by using turn Right or Left... but rather by North, South, East, West like its supposed to be.

Here is the correction: till we get to E 65th Street (Gratigny Rd) then turn West Right and Arrive at 401 E 65TH ST, HIALEAH, on the Right

 

This park has a fast and good mountain bike trail.. if you are thinking of riding please remember that Helmets are required and strictly enforced. I will try to bring my GT Idrive mountain bike but it has SPD clipless pedals... so if you have these shoes then you can take it for a spin.

i got it......anyone from broward that want to ride down to the meet should be Towers on Sunday 10:30 and we are leaving to the meet at 11:00

 

REMEMBER: Like Directfreak suggested that we should have two way radios so we can talk to each other during the caravan ride.

I will call you by phone on the day of the meet to let you know what channel will all be on...

I got the cups and plates...

 

I just recieved an email from a Rotary Biz of Ft Lauderdale that wants to donate some prizes to be awarded to the best 1st Gen, 2nd Gen, and 3rd Gen.

I will introduce its owner Tommy at the Meet. So you guys and girls can get to know him and what his website is all about. I have know him for quite some time and I admire what he is doing to promote the Rotary.

So make sure that your 7 is looking sharp for that day...

Cleanliness with be a criteria.
Engine bay
and overall appearance.

The RX7's should be parked in their respective order... all FB's together.. FC's, FD's and so on ...

Dragon Motorsports will also be raffling some items off at the meet... you will have to buy a raffle ticket and the more you buy the better chances you have of winning.

Sadly enough some of you guys have voiced to me that you want a Bikini Contest but unfortunately we dont have any volunteers... so

So this meet will be a great one... Looking to see you there... invite as many people as you can...
