Whoever has booked a cabin or a place to stay ? would they mind if i crashed on the floor? lol as i looked where the main gathering is gonna be its about hour and 40min away so i figured it would kill to make the drive out there come back to sleep home and make the drive out there again the following day lol

Leaving Thursday later afternoon early evening. driving for as long as we can (Apprx. 6 hrs). Getting some sleep and start driving as early as possible so we make it by noon to DGRR. You are more than welcome to caravan with us. We are taking my truck and trailering the cars so it will be slow going 60-70mph tops.

I'm in TN, but I'll be at the Microtel too. Maybe you should look around a bit? When I talked to Natahala Village they are the ones that recommended the Microtel to me. They said it was only 8~10 miles away... So I'm not sure about the whole 1 hour away thing. Google says 15 min for the closest microtel.
