to bring, make sure you keep the attendance list handy.
Yea yea yea so sometimes rx7club.com meets dont go as
planned but its better to be over prepared.
More people should think about bringin cups, napkins
and utensils. The ones bringin food, also judge ur portions
according to the "large crowd" that seems to be arriving
at this meet and bring families and all.

cpu bugs- the park is on ridgewood ave. cape canaveral 32920 if that helps put up a mapquest, thanx i see the map you have up, that is great, just fine tune end point to park. when you come off 528 and it turns into astronaut/A1A, take a left at first light[central blvd.] there is a huge race trac gas station directly on the right at light. go down central through the light at next intersection, all the way to ridgewood[on beach] take a right and go 1/2 a mile and the park is there on lefthand side.

I will have a extra canopy for shade and a couple of chairs, everyone responsible for their own comfort level. Some individuals can come over and help me get started early, especially, anyone near brevard. I don't mind if we actually start later, as far as cooking, we have all day until dark for the pavillion. just remember to clean up, or i lose deposit for that. so if anyone wants to bring extra plastic bags that is good. basically, just take care of your own mess. if anyone wants to setup volleyball or other net that is good. usually, really calm waters on beach, so if you have a boogie board, or skim board or other you can bring too.

my friend steve with the turbo rotary miata is going to be there helping me setup and get organized. i am inquiring about getting overflow parking in the grassy area near the pavillion. i will put up signs around the park next to road, if i don't ride in with caravan from 528 and 95. Steve and I live right next to 95, so it would be easy to do that, no stopping, we would just wait on side of road, to we heard the roar of 7's.

I would like to thank, ahead of time, everyone for coming together with this meet.
I always have ideas for meets, events, and hope to work with the same people again,to put on more.

I have a greddy.com dealer, who is giving me discounts, and i will propose group buys to him. I will talk to everyone at meet about that and some other, interests that everyone might have.

ok we have a little problem the rotor 7 guys [B]who are providing the food i might add need to meet at the super target at 1:00pm. we would like to keep it as a caravan so if you guys don't mind waiting for them it will be great we can change the time we meet at the super target i will wait for them with anybody else that doesn't mind anyone else can head to cocoa if they have a problem waiting for them.....Jonanthan i can give you an hand tomorow afternoon if that it good. and my cell phone is turned back on if anyone needs to get a hold of me 407-953-2761

yeah Tony, that is good. you could have more than 1 caravan at a time, some people want to hang/chill out earlier, others want to ride out later. LMK, so I know what time to setup and I'm still working on parking area! I will have 2 canopy's setup besides the pavillion.

Ok guys, I live out on east 50 a little past UCF so target is a bit out of the way for me. If you guys decide to take 528 I can meet up with you guys along the way. If not I will just ride solo.

ok, we have secure parking area for ourselves, right next to the pavillion. this is a big PRIVILEDGE!

I rented the pavillion from parks and recreation, then talk to their superintendent, who talks to the city council and county sheriffs. they only do this for approved events, so please be aware of these facts. Next time we have a meet, and it is planned as well as this, i will try securing a huge park/pavillion with lots of parking, but this is just working out great for us.

Vince, you can come over to my house and we can ride out, and you can help setup, with me and 13bturbomx5/steve. J and Jen are probably coming over too and J will probably ride out with me, and Jen and Terry[my wife] will also be helping setup.
