I wont be bringing a laptop either so maybe it wont be too bad trying to get power to those who do bring them.

Also, is anyone looking for any fd parts right now?

I have a bunch of aftermarket stuff for sale and can bring some of it with me.

r85 turbo kit with about 2k miles
Power FC tuned to go with the r85 for 15psi pump gas(tuned by Cameron at Pettit
HKS hypermax coilovers(doubt I will have time to remove them)
Greddy Elbow
Rx7 Store Resonated midpipe

Ask if you are looking for anything else, I have a good bit of parts stocked up right now.

I have a spare power strip I can throw in the car to help out with the power supply problem. Also wanting to know if Office 2007 version of Excel will be a problem, as that's what I'm loading on my laptop after having to reload XP?

Anyone have a power steering cooling loop for a FD they want to unload?

Hey guys -

Just talked with Jimmy at Fighters Garage. Any class attendees, he'll do a 10% discount on Fighter's RX-7 parts if you buy before I come up to Birmingham Friday night, and I'll bring the parts with me.

He has in stock Fighters AST's, Intakes, Toe Links, Boost Testers, and Wheel Spacers. Here's the link -

http://www.fighters-garage.com/rx7.html

Take 10% off the listed price as the "I'm going to the same thing Dale is" discount . The mini battery kits are not in stock, though.

If you want something, e-mail Jimmy (the owner of Fighters) at jimmy@fighters-garage.com or call 850-478-2696.

Also, I'm going to dig around and see what all I might have for sale. I know I have some duplicates of RX-7 Magazine from Japan that I'll bring for sale or trade, if anyone else has extra copies.

Dale

The prices listed on the site are now without shipping, so you'd get 10% off the actual item price and free shipping. He did used to list everything with an as-shipped price, but increasing shipping and aluminum costs made him break it out.

Alright guys..

here are the parking locations.. Some of you wanted to meet at the parking or at the front of the building..

FREE parking is on the 16th Street South, Between UNIVERSITY BLVD and 9th Ave South (Far left Blue Arrow). The Block DOT/Circle represents the entrance to the Parking deck. (Next to Campus Rec Center). There is Video cam on every corner of this deck.

Second Parking is the $6/Day parking (Look for middle Blue Arrow). Which is across the building from where we need to be. Its On the CORNER of University and 19th STREET South. There is 1 entrance to this deck and its directly across the buiilding/entrance to where we need to be. There is 24/7 Video Security desk/guard when you enter and this is THE MOST secure deck in B'ham!! They recently updated all the cameras on this Deck(2 months ago)!

Lets all meet at the Entrance of McCallum Building by 1:45PM (Far Right Blue Arrow).

See you all Tomorrow!

So we need to start a tuning thread for everyone to start posting info and quetions. Of course none of Chucks stuff should be posted. Or maybe take all this to Phils site and let it all be posted to all whom attended and those who buy his packet.??

Oh yeah, I had one of my IC pipe clamps to pop off on the way home last night just north of B'ham and thanks to ol'Mike and the smallest wrench in the world (only one anybody had) I was able to make it home safe. I did stop at a gas station in Decatur and bought a flathead screwdriver and tightened it on down though. Thanks Mike and Don!

Also I was able to kinda fine tune the profec-b spec 2 on I-65 last night, and in really cool air at that, and now I'm consistent at a Low setting of 11.9psi and a high setting of 14.1...both numbers are holding steady, so far.

Kenny, Good to hear you made it back ok.

I had a great time this weekend. I say one of the Best event I've been to... Not only there were some cool cars, racing, and rotorheads, I felt that I've learned great deal about our cars. The weekend just flew by so quick, I need next few days to just get back to normal.

We should do this again later on the year!!

And also, I would like to Thank Chuck for coming up here and showing us few things. I think we all learned that best way to get our car running perfect will be to do it on our own.

If you need support, PM me with your SN (for MRCCAL.com) and I'll give you permission to Tuning section of the forum.

Its still working progress so please be patient! I'm new to being forum admin and trying to figure few things out.

PHIL
