Hey guys, 7 owner since 03 and have never found a club. I see many there are many clubs in middle TN, Knox Murf etc. Is there anything based out of Chattanooga? Also do any of the clubs have a web site? ,or is all the communication between club members done parasitically here at the forums?

 

www.mrcmt.com is the TN club site, based in the Nashville area. The East TN club is "parasitically" attached to this forum. Chattanooga just doesn't have much of a rotary community. They don't swap well into hoopties . We have one member from Cleveland but that's all I know of. You're always welcome in Knoxville, even though it's a bit of a drive. We're having a meet on the 16th at one of the local Mazda dealerships. The thread is up in this section.

Oops, well Im in Hixson a lot and havent seen an fb in quite some time. I do however see a Red Fd once in a while.Also, 2 red FC NA's 2 White 10th ann. 1 Black NA FC ,with a TII hood, and a Dark Purple TII.

 

hey man. Chattanooga RX-7 owner here too and I have been wanting a local club too. There were some of us that got together about a year ago but people stopped coming and we lost touch. Lemme know if you get anything started here in town. Also, I am trying to sell my 84 GSL-SE if you know anyone that might be interested.

 

Whoa... there's another dark purple TII running around? It couldn't have been me, I haven't driven mine down there that I'm aware of.

Hey Hotwheels, did you happen to see our thread on our Twin City Mazda meet up here near Knoxville? I know it's a bit of a drive for a meet. Your GSL-SE is really clean, by the way.

Good Deal. I work in Cleveland 3 days a week. lets see how many of us local guys we can get together on here, and possibly come up with some sort of get together. I dont really want to drive to knox or murf to do the club stuff.

 

+1 on the drive...its not bad, but its still a haul...75 tends to get boring. lets start getting the ball rolling! I'm pretty much down for whenever...as long as the seven permits...but yea anyone else in? We could aim for some time in March to try and get the word out...

This is David, with the Red FD with the APEXi sticker…not as loud as it used to be. A few years back, there were regular meetings at the Hixson Pike Sonic, but nothing has been organized for some time. I have tried a few times to find people interested in starting something back, but never had any luck.

 

Hey David, this is David. I would be interested. I was supposed to meet with yall, but I forgot which sunday it was, and I also forgot who told me. Whoever it was drove a black NA with the emissions removed. Also that was like 2 or 3 years ago.

I started this thread with the hopeful idea that we could get enough of us together to organize something. Anyone else in the Chattanooga or surrounding area's who happen to come across this thread, feel free to chime in if your interested in getting together.

 

Flat Rock AL here I work in chattanooga everyday i drive a blue fb to work . my wife drives a fc vert red ,got to watch her though she's kinda dangerous it would be nice to have a club close by for this and that well i kinda have a club at my house with about 25 rx7 LOL im crazy.

 

mrcmt.com will be getting a face lift soon and should have a section we all can talk and post. It should have TN split up into the 4 major cities. Look for it soon. maybe it will help more Chattanooga peeps to come out of the wood work.

 

I'm bringing this back to see if anyone here would be interested in a meet sometime before the end of the summer 2008. Somewhere in the southeast side of Tennessee, preferably here in Chattanooga. If anyone has any legitimate places they would like to mention please do.
