Well, I won his auction on ebay for a 90 rx7, but he refuses to
return my messages. I payed him 800.00 for it, and filed a claim with ebay,
but was not able to get any type of refund. No moneyback and no car!

His ebay user id is crhorak01, but was kicked off.

He also runs a concrete business called Concrete By Charles


I am just basicallly warning anyone in the Florida Panhandle area to
not do any business with him.

If you do have any info on him, that would be great also,

He is probably like a sidewalk repair type of guy.

I'm in the industry so I'll see what I can find out if anything. Wish I was closer to the panhandle, it'd make it easier.

Did you call the phone number and give him hell? Threaten to call the local police department, and follow through if he still misbehaves.

 

That is number I have called over and over again. He does not answer because he recognizes my #. He will not return my messages either.

Would reporting him to the police do any good?

Yes, I did. I filed a claim through them but was denied for unexplained reasons?
I now of going through my credit card company.
