Actually the reason I said “funner” was so you southern boys could comprehend the point that I was trying to articulate . After living here for so long I’ve resigned myself to try to lower myself to that level. I however, will not subject myself to saying the following: aint, borrie (instead of borrowed)
I do apologies, I did not think you guys would understand the phrase: more fun, or more entertaining, pleasurable, etc. I thought it was too many syllables for you guys.

*apologize? haha

Here's another reason to avoid VA. It's basically about to be turned into "a 40,000 square mile speed trap". I don't know if any of you have heard about the "Abusive Driver Fees" that they just en-acted this summer, but it has VA residents all pissed because now they can be slapped with a $750 to $3,000 (NOT A TYPO) fine in addition to the regular ticket + court costs. At first it was going to only apply to VA residents, but as people started getting the fines, the people started filing suit against the state claiming that the fines are unconstitutional because they apply only to VA residents and not to people from out-of-state. So apparently the GOP's solution is to just make the fines applicable to everyone instead of just doing the right thing and getting rid of them altogether. Anyway, enough of my rant. If you want to read more, the Washington Post has been covering the story from the beginning. Here is the most recent article...

Shall we add VA to the boycott? I do have to drive through to see my family, but i probably won't bring in any more "tourism money". So, that leaves out TN, VA, and for me personally I have to avoid driving in NC as much as possible, or at least be very careful. I'm not getting into the reason right now, it will just turn into another rant. lol
Edit: I just realized that I had to say something that I thought I would never say and support something I never thought I would have to support, but yes, I am promoting a boycott of my home-state...where I grew up...my home.

Hangin' in there dude, ty 4 asking. Things looking up your way?
This trip should be fun, if the BRP's not too bogged down with leaf gawkers. Excluding us, of course! I have gotten a ticket for speeding there b4, of course leo missed the 2 bikes that had just flown past me and about 4 other cars doing at least 100.
Oh Eli, you've got to maintain at least 4 car lengths if you're behind Gianny, LOL

Doing better, works starting to pick back up. Hot as hell these days though and I cant wait till fall! Its my favorite time of the year. As for tickets, last time the crew came up we where on the parkway for awhile. I started home and Tray and a few others came up behind me, so... I sped up a little bit (75 or 80). We were going around a curve and I hammered the gas again and about that time my radar detecter went off so I got on the brakes right about the time a Ranger stuck his head inside the car to clock us. I think I knocked it back down to about 50 or 55 before he got my speed, I guess it was not enough for him to chase us down.
Course, I got on 276 and never slowed down.
