Turbo selection
hi jason...i just wanted to find out what you think about a couple turbos...i regularly drive my fd on the street and constantly visit the circuit track...i hardly ever drag race...i want to go single but i am having problems choosing a turbo...i want around 360whp but i want the capability to go 400whp...i want really quick spool up... i have seen the dyno graph on your site with the gt35r getting full boost at 3500rpm...but wouldnt the gt35r be too big for me?...would the t60-1 ball bearing spool better but be in my range?...i appreciate any help...
btw...the intake piping kit for the twins look great...i bought them from you about 4 months ago...thanks!...

Hi,
There are a few turbos you could go with for quick spool. The GT35R with a .82 A/R is a popular choice. The 60-1 with a smaller A/R will also work well. The GT35R is not going to make much past 400 RWHP on pump gas. The 60-1 will give you a little more room to grow. You could also do a T04S which is really a 60-1. Another option is a T04Z with a smaller A/R also will give you quick spool.
