100k? IN LABOR!!!!! most of the interior pieces are just painted, and i can find screens for about $100 or less retail. if it was a real show car it would have higher quality rims like Iforged, BBS etc..... and there would be a wide body present.....
what a waste of an FD that couldve been a mean track car

the car looks to be well done and had quality workmanship put into it. I'm sure whoever built that has the same passion for cars that you do. Different strokes for different folks
Not everyone wants to race

They don't have a passion for cars, they have a passion for customizing. There's a HUGE difference. People with "PASSION" would have that thing on the track racing the way Mazda intended. I would be like taking Jessica Alba, putting her in some crazy queens dress, overload her with makeup (tacky makeup at that), and then sitting her on a shelf where she isn't appreciated.
This car is just like that DORK with the Mustang with Japanese writing who thinks his car is a "...turbo, rotary, with headers and nitrous..."

that thing must POUND!!!
and i agree ditch the large rx7 decals but leave the sweet rotor decals --
i would much rather cruise around in that than some kind of beefy SUV - its still ******* fast even if it is a home theater on wheels

I saw this car at the 2005 NOPI Show in ATL... It just needs a little TLC (someone to take out the extra crap). I talked to the owner at the time and he said that he retired it from SCCA racing a couple years before he did all the fiberglass, carbon fiber, and suede work.

I think I saw that car at HIN in Atlanta a year or two ago.. Don't remember the side graphics on it then, but I could be mistaken.. either way...
Someone please buy this and bring it back to it's roots!!

Seriously, I've seen worse. Take away the graphics, the weird carpet interior, the death star Ion cannon looking stereo mess in the back, and the complete video monitoring system, and that car isn't really that bad.
I hope it went to a good owner to help it though.....and it doesn't end up around a tree.
