Just shouldn't be done on a public road.

Aerodynamically, at that speed, you're really questioning your mortality, dude.
Ever seen the Racing Beat video?

If you are going to try a stunt like this get some radios and have a bunch of friends go ahead (2 people per car, 1 driving, 1 with radio + cam) and make sure the road is clear of other cars, debris, etc. Hopefully you also put a cage in the car, harnesses and wear helmets. I still suggest finding a track with a big straight to do this but if you aren't going to follow that suggestion at least follow the first so you don't hurt other people.

one of the advantages of a porshe is that the aerodynamics get better the quicker you get (or so they say) my fd just starts shaking like sh*t when i exceed about 220km/h

I took my FD up to 162 last summer. At the time it had about 15K miles on it.
It was smooth as silk up to 130 or so. It never shaked or rattled. The only thing was, from, say 140-162, I started catching a little air, and had to correct more. I think the front end was getting light. It also might have been the road, I kept having to adjust the wheel right, because it was drifting left.

in regards to cars shaking at high speeds, i had my car at 130 a few times yesterday... absolutely smooth (it depends on the smoothness and transitions of the road you are on at that speed... id hate to hit some irregularities at high speeds)
for the person that commented about needing a big wing in the back.... if you just added a big wing in the back the front of your car would get lighter and you would be worse off. you need to address the aerodynamics of the front end first.
all that being said, as jimlab pointed out, everyone needs to understand that this is life and death stuff (and dont shrug it off like its nothing). what happens if you catch some air under the nose and pull a "racing beat", or if you hit a nail and blow out a tire.... you are royally f#cked! i just hope everyone that takes their car up to insane speeds knows EXACTLY what they are getting themselves into, what can happen, and what the consequences will be. stay safe, and dont kill more FD's (or yourself for that matter )

FEW year agao Motor trend do a top speed test on all the high performance car at that time. FD was the only japanese car run over 155 mile stock..
OH I just saw the video. very cool, it would be better if you have camera mount
