vid of my fd to the track last night 12.1 @ 119

i'm not much of a drag racer but here are the details
first run...missed 3rd gear
1.89 60' 12.13 @118.6

second run...kinda bogged it
1.99 60' 12.17 @119.5

12.1@119

sooooo close to 11's

I would say you have a low 11 second car there...I had almost the exact same set up and was able to go 11.1...and had atleast 100 passes in the mid to low 11's before I sold it....

Nice run, I agree on the 60fter but you'll get the hang of it i'm sure. Just a question, what side of rims are you using? those on your vid look gigantic, are those 19s?

**EDIT** I just read your signature... are those the RX-8 wheels? boy do they look big. hehe.

you need to add some water/alky injection and turn up the boost. Thats about 388hp on a dyno jet and jrat made 4xx on stock ports on a tII with the t61 and alky. His track times are 11.5. Good run though looks quick!
