Single t-62/wastegate cough Fd vid

I noticed consistently this happens when pulling hard through the top end near (not on) the redline.

(video)In second gear you can hear a large hiccup from the motor obviously slowing the car down.

^most likely one of those things. Also interested in what ignition setup you have. Throw on some bigger primaries like 750cc. You might also want to go look into a HKS Twin Power, or even better yet, IGN-1A Mercury Marine ignition coils!

Fuel cut is set at 8100, the fitting going to my secondaries is for a standard fuel line size, and has a fuel lab fpr on 40@idle. Perhaps a bigger line is needed?

340lph aeromotive

Stock ign coils, are they that bad? I havnt much experience with rotaries.

Here is a much better video.

What are your AFR and EGT at. Sound almost like a rich misfire. Hard to tell in the video. If your egt are low could be a rich misfire. But if all your data looks clean it would be ignition issue.

Theres some deleted/broken/missing plugs on the engine harness ill have to sort through.
Only had the car a few weeks now and fixed injector leak and fuel hose leak, and installed turbo.

My small list to get it running smooth is bigger -10 fuel lines, MSD (?good/bad) ign system, and figure out the plugs/wires. Its hard knowing what every nissan plug looks like and then dropping a 13b in my hands where i havnt even peeled one open before.

I was thinking 4500 is secondary injector range and maybe its a bad ground somewhere on the harness ******* with the inj firing on time. The ign plugs/coils both dont look new either.

Check and clean all your grounds. But is still sounds like a rich misfire. I had a great deal of issues with my car doing this. I was to scared to lean it out because it was reading low 11s afr when it was doing it. But misfire mess up your afr reading. So I leaned it out a little and voila problem solved. I spun my head around this problem for a long time before thinking it was fuel. You can do a pull to just before it does it and shut car down and pull plugs and check colour.

The coolant buzzer is on but its full during the video.

I need to change the plugs and get an afr gauge and try again.
