pics of my cleaned FTP

was bored and my FTP's were gettin yellow, so tought i take em out and clean em and share.

and this is how they were before

and the stuff i used after wet sanding, works good!

did you buy that compound at the r/c car or model store?
did you do all of it by hand? (no buffing wheel/dremel?)

all was done by hand, took around 20mins for the both of them. yea got the wax and rubbing compound from towerhobbies.com, but im pretty sure they sell it at any hobbie store. finishing grit is 1300.

YO lol my drivers side ftp lens flew off my car today, and i didnt know it was the lense until i was at work, it soudned like a plastic cup bouncing on the streets lol!!.
