Philthadelphia Pictures of my new FC!!!
My photographer buddy took a spin with me through the GHETTOS of North and West Philadelphia to snap some nice urban shots of the FC.
Yes, i know... i need wheels and it needs to be lowered. Plus S5 tails (since i do have a 91 Jspec engine). But come on, i think these pics are rather pretty even with a stock body. Its the engine that counts anyway!
Enjoy, and let me know what you think, guys

heres a few more...
and PS, if you need professional grade pictures of any sort: prodoehlg1@lasalle.edu
GP Photo - Gerard Prodoehl: Serving Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Very good friend of mine, and I promise he will charge a third or less than anyone else in the area These pics dont do him any justice - we were constantly on the run from crackheads and gangbangers the entire day. I cropped then to fit on here anyway, so the quality is sh*t compared to what they were.

I tried, but the files are way to big to be posted on here. If you'd like, I can email you one of the ones posted on here in high res, so you can see how it looks. Let me know.

last time I was in north philly was in the late 80's/early 90's w/ a 79 I used to own. I had just been GIVEN a free 3 flat up there by the city, as long as I would rehab it and live there for, I think it was 2 or 3 years, part of an urban renewal project. Took the RX to look at the place, and driving by the building the crackheads were actually throwing rocks at my car! Turned around and never went back. I can see from your pics the plan never worked out! A year later I was asleep in my apartment and the silent pager alarm I had in the car went off, so I ran outside and 2 punks were walking away- they had popped the door and Ig locks but couldn't get the car started because they didn't know how to operate the choke. Too bad I didn't have my shotgun. Philly was pretty much a shithole back then downtown...

Philly isnt so bad - Don't get me wrong, every city has its bad spots... You just have to be street smart. We have spoiled rich kids up here at La Salle driving Hummers and Escalades... then wondering why they get robbed when they park it on the street and not in a guarded lot. Its common sense, and sometimes, a bit of luck. I love this city, nonetheless. Its a shame its so segregated, though. Downtown is still one of my most favorite places in the world.
