Got to drive one of these....

I had the fortunate opportunity to recently drive this Lotus Elise. It was a blast!!!! It felt like a larger version of a go-kart. The seats were surprisingly comfortable and I had plenty of leg room. The steering wheel was nice and small and the thing was very agile. The v-tec (or whatever is in the Celica motor) comes on at 6,000 RPM and it really pushes you in the seat. I was surprised with the amount of power and torque the car had at low RPMs. Car stopped on a dime. The visibility out the back was pretty bad, but overall a very fun car to take a spin in.

I want one of those badly. Probably the least practical car ever though but I sat in one and i loved how bare bones it was. Its got a really nice full body undertray too. It seems a little kitcar-ish but I guess more racecar than kitcar.

Yes, the car was def. fun to drive! Everyone was staring at us when we were driving it around. Definitlety a head-turner. The back hood was very flimsey and light weight (you could see it bending in the wind).

Krypton Green is definitely an acquired taste. It's probably my least favorite Lotus color, but I'd still take one if it was given to me.
