I have no images of a flat, black FC. That being said I could provide a photo and a link to many grammar and spelling resources on the intarwebs. Please let me know if you comprehend proper English or use Gizoogle to translate.
Thank you!

a_drift on the forum used to sport a flat black FC before he went purple (that's not his car. I found that on google).

I used the Krylon Rust Tough, they sell it at the Exchange for pretty cheap (or they did sell it). It's self-priming, which was pretty nice too. I used 21 cans, which was right around 3 coats. I put all the cans in a big bucket of hot water (per SCC's suggestion) which increased the pressure in the can and helped the atomization. I painted it about 2 years ago and the paint has held up really well. Here's a picture today, the car is embarrassingly filthy....the car cover is working out so well keeping the car clean. thats from the mouth of the guy who painted that black fc.

click my profile, My FC is dark flat grey and was done with a paint gun. It is easy to keep reasonably clean but anything like brake fluid or engine oil or even a really acidy bird crap can be a pain in the butt to take off even if you wipe it immediately. If I had it to do over again, I would do it the same but I would not smash up my front bumper so much hahaha

so super sex, lol im sold
satin black is the way to go
one question... so i clear coat or no? the clear coat would make it a bit more shiny, but it would help protect the paint... any ideas?

That looks very nice! I wonder what that color would look like on a 1st gen. I'm thinking about painting mine this winter, but haven't made up my mind on what color to go with. I think that this color may look a bit boring unless I had some kind of body kit to go with it.... but I could be very wrong?
