lol i didnt recognized your SN on s2ki, i joined earlier this year but havent recently been browsing.

Its funny cause when i first joined that site, i got into a HUGE thing on the subject of FD's where it was me and 2007 zx-10 and we were defending FD's against all the other s2k owners lol

Unfortunate that i dont do the same on an actual rx7 forum huh? LOL

 

LOL That is pretty funny, even funnier is how few RX-7 owners will admit to associating with 2007 ZX-10 on or off the rx7club

I haven't been active on s2ki in like a year because I gave up on them as a whole. Met some great people there, but by and large I couldn't see eye to eye with too much of the user base to be able to be a productive member. I know you're a bit north, but a couple years ago the Del Val forum was full of great guys and gals.

Also, I'm SLWASFK on there, I have an FD build thread in the DelVal section somewhere...

 

Nah zx-10 is a cool dude, never really had a prob with him really, on this forum or the other.

I didnt join s2ki to help him in that FD thread though which most of the s2k members thought cause i jumped in the thread like a day after i signed up but i joined because i encountered an s2k on the road which looked amazing and the driver gave me a thumbs up when i was driving my FD.

I also tried to do the local meet up thing with some s2k kids but they refused because i dont have an s2k yet. I know a kid who knows the kid holding the meet and i told him im cool with your boy can i drop by if i can make it? And the kid was like "no if you show up unannounced ill sick my dogs on you". lol

Like wtf is that, what am i gonna do? Coming in solo? Against 8 other s2k members? lol

They're acting like they were counting milions of dollars on the street and couldnt let unknown people dropping by.

I still have an urge to get an s2k too, another reason why i joined up. But i dont go on the forum much.

 

Your experience with those local guys is pretty funny. One thing that was great about DelVal was they didn't much care that I didn't have an s2k, for the most part they loved my FD and welcomed me to go to meets with it. Of course at the time I was actively looking for an s2k, my FD was at IRP getting built, but all the same they were very open and accepting of the fact that I had an FD and not an S2k.

The rest of the forum on the other hand... Bunch of guys like in your video. But, your video has inspired me to start looking for an S2k again, and start associating with the DelVal guys again. I kinda miss that group.
