I have been talking with charlie quite abit latly. He will be running my fuel system on his car.
You do relize we will need about 500 whp, give or take, to keep up with these cars? Well Z and the Supra anyway.

^ +1 for highway pulls. Riz I'm down to see some FD's on the highway don't forget to give me a call I'll be down. Too bad I won't be able to keep up with you guys. But hopefully by the end of next year after my next setup is complete I will be doing much much better

Also, I am curious to know the trap speed of the GTO. If you are correct in saying that they only trap 114 then he has a bit to go. My best is 122.4 as of now. Granted, next year it should be in the 130's [/QUOTE]

Hard to believe you are 31 years of age.
Did you even read all of my replies? I'm assuming not. If you did you would see that I posted numbers along with Qtr. mile times and have in fact run a Z06 here. Why is this so hard to believe? Some small details you overlooked is that I live at an elevation of 4,500 FT. Chicago is 580 Ft. A 3,920 elevation difference. I don't think I'd have a problem netting enough whp to match or beat this Z06 with my 600 pound pig. Don't make me take out my spare tire too! haha
Get this...The Stock Z06 might trap 118(As you say it will) but it WILL NOT TRAP 118 HERE!!! Even if it were the exagerating MotorTrends or Car and Driver that did the reports!! If I were to dyno or run the car somewhere like Chicago, there would be a good difference in WHP, trap and ET. 122mph to my 118 for this guys Z06...A WHOPPING 4 MPH difference!!Ooooooohhhhh. It will not run that here at it's current power level.
And so ******* what if own a car that you don't like, or something that OLD people drive??? I love it!
Let it be known I own a ST 93 FD and a four door Honda Civic LX too.

Anyways i just find it hard to beleive as do a few other guys that posted here that a car with 600 more lbs would be able to beat a car with just 27rwhp advantage. not to mention how aweesome a z06s power curve is, its aero dynamics and gearing....those things run.

I understand where you're coming from. But as my last post stated(Was removed) there's more HP than just 27 as stated earlier depending how you look at it. And it has been done.
