If you enjoy max redlining your engine @ 9000rpm til you destroy it ..... you might be a redneck.

If you like the smell and love to breath healthy doses of burn't coolant ... you might be a redneck.

If you want to see if your engine will grenade and take some body parts in the process... you might be a redneck.

No offense to any rednecks out there. Just copying Mr. Foxworthy seemed appropriate for these guys.

This engine had 1 apex seal blown out before they tested the 9,000 RPM durability.

Redneck, yes. Dumbass, no. It did answer alot of questions.

well if you took time to post the video, you should have noticed that theres 3 FC in his driveway. so maybe he already had a turboII engine and ready for swap. why should he part it out for other ppl on the internet !???

anyways,
and the worst is the ppl that dont know rotaries and say its not reliable and blows easy ...
i never saw a piston engine do something like that and last THAT long .....

Some honda motors can rev to 10k with no prob . At 9 grand the rotors are really only spinnig at 3k... its 20 times mor impressive watching a boinger motor rev that high than a motor that spins round, but the internals are reall only going at 1/3 the speed.

This vid just goes to show that N/A Rotaries are ******* bulletproof.

If these ******** can do 9000+ RPM for like 3 MINUTES STRAIGHT, that kinda shows that Rotaries are like a bank vault.

The fact that he was boiling the coolant before even blowing the engine, is a tribute to the Wankel.

Just shows someone who is careless about cars. Someone that shouldn't be granted two other RX-7's to either crash or destroy recklessly. Its bullshit, and personally i wanna go down to their house, reck their house and record it all and tell them how much fun it was. God damn bastards like that make me sick. What ********, they ruin the Mazda RX-7 for everyone. Imagine if he had the coolant, i wonder how long it would last if it had enough coolant in it and oil. Im pretty new at Rotary Cars, but damn im surprised that they even went through with it. I would've atleast sold it to a pick a part, or parted it out for myself in those other two RX-7's.

why not part it out?! i dont get it. im just thinking of the ******** that want everything for themselves. and doesnt the guy making the vid seem like he tortured small animals when he was young?

besides, i considered the other 2 may have been his, or maybe one of his friends that was there with him at the time. needless to say, dont try and even justify this, its just wrong, point blank

I'm still trying to find the video on Streetfire of a Civic that had more damage done than it was worth, so they did burnouts for four minutes, took off the exhaust header and stuffed bananas in the exhaust ports, then when it ran low on oil, they replaced the oil with water, and did burnouts for about 10 minutes. The car started up after it died and drove away. THAT was incredible.

it does kinda urk me, i can hardly find good engine core parts and people are destroying what reserves we have left.

to tell you the truth though, if they hadn't left the coolant cap off and overheated the **** out of it i would bet $100 the engine would have kept a redline until it ran out of gas.
