Wild AFR's..any suggestions?

I have an Rtek 1.8..running it on an S4 N/a Harness.TII engine with an FD upper and TPS.
now my injectors are 750 Lo's and 900 Hi's( did some rewire at the resistor pack,so it is ok,)..
My Problem is my Afr's are way too lean.I get like 16's.17's on cruise.I don't get a real nice drop until I Punch it.Should I try the 900's On the primary rail to see if my Air fuel will go down?.I don't want to blow this engine up!.
I was thinking also of changing the Injectors all out to 850's.To see if my afr's would get better.
I have had problems with the FD TPS,.setting it to run Correctly on this setup. This is the first time that I get to Drive the car without Bucking/hesitation.so I would rather not Change the TPS setting..
any ideas,suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks.DAVE/Styx.

if your 750s aren't flowing 750cc then you are going to be lean at cruise. Did you get your injectors flow tested before you installed them?

Would the fuel pressure make it not run at the rated flow rate? Say if the injectors are rated at 43 psi and the car is using the factory FPS at about 30-37 psi(I think).

Injectors are new,and I have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

if the base pressure is above the stock fpr then you will run rich. when you installed the adjustable did you remove the stock fpr and cap its vac line?

If you have a vac leak it will cause it to lean out under cruise due to the afm not moving back as far.

Did you check your narrowband o2 sensor?

Ok..the Fuel system is Aftermarket lines,Parallel. to a Sard Fuel regulator, the Gauge on the secondary line.
I attached the vacuum where it originally came of the manifold.(angled nipple towards the firewall, inside the Lower manifold).
I don't have RICH..by far..I have Very Lean Running. The funny thing is,I had the car start up and run 15.4 to One BUT the TPS was so Funky,it would make the engine bounce at idle, and then when accelerating,it would hit a Dead spot.
Now that I have Changed to another TPS.the car Ran Better than the very First time I tested it,and It is driveable,But the air/fuel is Lean as hell..17:1
Narrow band 02??.I took it off and attached my wideband.I have no narrowband Stock O2 sensor,on it at all.The wire goes from the ECU and clips into my wideband.(at the engine harness).
is that Wrong>?>Thanks Guys.,Dave.

Update..Changed out Injectors.went back to LO impedance and the resistor Pack.(680 and 750)
I was just able to get it all together before Dark,Started up also,
Sounds ok,for the 60 seconds I had it running(no problems)..AFR's are around 13.(cold)
I am hoping to get some added parts on,like the undertray, and change coolant.
Hopefully go for a Drive within the next day or So.I will keep the thread updated in case I encounter any Snafu's.Cheers Guys and thanks for your support/replies so far.
