That is terrible, rob wasnt horrible to me but wasn't great either. But what i hear and see he does get the job done. I would call him if i were you. GL

 

I have purchsed stuff from Robert over the last few years, including engine, transmission, turbo, Haltech, coils, harness, injectors, driveshaft. Robert has always been fair. Granted I have had to wait a bit so stuff (sometimes), but I have always gotten good stuff at a very fair price. I trust Robert, and that's rare these days. I will use Robert again. If you are having shipping issues, hang in there. He has not forgotten about you.

 

I'll be the first to admit that I have heard nothing but great things about Robert's service and parts... I guess that is the reason that I called him. Well that and I wanted the car to go really fast... It didn't sound like a turbo for an '85 12A was going to be this difficult. I see things a little differently now. I now have my dad's RX-7 sitting in my garage for a year now waiting on parts that i thought were coming in a "few weeks" - which is still correct... just over 32 weeks! except they have not showed up and Robert does not return my calls... I like to think of it as a $3200 Rotaryshack stimulus package for free.

 

I spoke with Robert today! He said that the order has been completed. Several issues have been taken care of to include... different turbo, different wastegate (apparently you really do have to wait for quality) etc. The 8 month wait has been necessary to ensure quality parts and super-polishing. I am truly looking forward to the "RotaryShack order complete" high that everyone else gets...

Well I hate to say this but I've been waiting for months now and I still havent recevied my full order.every time I talk to him its a different excuse im tired of the bs.to anyone that is going to order parts from him better be able to wait at least a year

Do you really want all the info about your order, plus all the convos you've had with Robert including emails, PM's, etc, shown here for people to see the truth? Don't come in here calling me a liar first of all, I only communicate to you what Robert tells me, nothing else. I try to help out and be the middle man, but if you're gonna act like a moron then I'll gladly ignore you and you can try and deal with him directly yourself.

I just picked up my rebuild motor from Karack n the rest of my rack kit From respeed should arrive by the end of this week. Really? N I still haven't got my order yet. Please don't get annoyed of me. I just want my parts.
