wheelie bar tune up?

i know a wheelie bar is for safety reasons.i have made 8 passes with the wheelie bar installed on the car.what i have noticed is my 60 foot has suffered a little because of it.my best 60 foot was a 1.306 with out the wheelie bar,my best so far with the bar is a 1.370 it was the same track two weeks later.i have adjusted the bar up and down and found out it likes a setting of 5 inches from the ground to the center of the bolt at the wheel on the left side and a 4 3/4 on the right.the car leans to the right a little right at the launch.i have not had chance to to try different settings on the shock dampening and a little preload on the right coil-over.i will try the adjustments on the shock next time out.this car is set up with a four link.i will try to adjust these four link bar as to hit the chassis a little softer to keep tire spin to a minimum also.i know it will take about 20 passes to get it back in order/working right.what my real question is what has been your experience with the wheelie bar tune.what have you tried to get your 60 foot times back in order?do your 60 foot times stay just a touch slower?

The reason why your slower is because you just added 50lbs. Just kidding Chris. Sorry, I'm no help with wheelie bars as I have no experience but just thinking about it I would think that when the bar hits the ground it would cause a little drag thus slowing the car a little.

Are you leaving harder than you use to like at a higher RPM or boost. You could be overpowering your chassis tune and spinning more. Is everything is setup correctly the wheel-e-bar should lower your 60' not hurt it.
