Got the car back from the body shop finally and started reassembly...

I guess the car is pretty light...

I hope to do this under it's own power soon..

thanks for sharing... lots of neat stuff.

being a suspension guy i am fascinated by the challenge of drag racing an IRS rear suspension. generally you get camber gain on bump. so it would be interesting to be able to read the tire temps out of the hole. of course you could set a touch of positive camber in to combat this but as you re transfer weight after launch you end up running on part of your tire. of course you could relocate the pickup points so as to reduce camber gain. or just run alot of bump in the shocks.

i suppose this is all figured out by the FWD guys as they are dealing w the same issues.

Ok.. It's not tuned and there's no map sensor installed yet..

I just left the shop, the car sounds great. Speednyc was there too but he looked confused, general consensus thinks it's been a while since he's seen a rotary motor INSIDE an engine bay AND running. I guess not everyone is in retirement!!!
