Exactly, piece of cake. Oh sorry, Aaron, I said cake.

You wanna see some wires and ****, I'll show you what I work on everyday- Try a Mercedes- Benz v12 twin turbo. Makes your engine bay look like a sewing machine.

Yeah, my dad is a pilot. And yes you have me beat. Airplanes have way too many wires. LOL. You can have that job. I though working on cars was a lot of liability, but you guys that work on airplanes, how do you sleep at night?

Do you know whats the main keep back in my 1st gen?? I need to fab a freeking tranny mount thats very simple to make
Problem is I need to either take the car some where to have it done or I get someone with a welder to come over and do it.. My complete fuel system, clutch & all the other small BS is sitting on a shelf in my garage and they're all NIB... Besides the tranny mount, I need a Ltx12 and new turbo which is no major issue... Time, I have no time......... I also can't justify spending $2000 on that **** right now, thats why I put it away till '09

A true old schooler and racer would run that **** as it is. Look at my shitbox. I am doing the paint and body last. Who cares what it looks like on the outside as long as it hauls ***. That just makes the rich kid look even worse when he loses to a car that looks like a piece of ****. I love it.

Really? Before I went to tech school I searched out becoming an airplane tech too. I found out that they made less money and had way more liability, so I became an MB tech. With this economy, who can afford to drive a car much less a private plane with these gas prices?

Allen, that Mooney is a real nice airplane. I heard my Dad say good things about it. He flies a Beachcraft V-tail bonanza- turbo charged Continental engine. I had every opportunity to get my license and fly my dads plane but I hate flying. I get sick and I'm a little bitch when it comes to turbulence- I had a really really bad experience in the British Colombia mountains in a huge turbulence storm in a little pontoon cessna. I lost all my lunch and watched the planes wings flex like rubber bands for a solid two and a half hours. I thought for sure we were going down and my dad and the pilot were scared shitless which didn't help me either. LOL

The people who can afford these planes don't really worry about gas prices. The cheapest ones start at a little over 500k.

The money doesn't get good until you become a supervisor

What you fail to realise is that I am getting my priorities straight and the Rx7 ain't one of them ATM
The Rx7 is a long term project.. If I spend $2000 on it right now, it'll still be sitting in the garage because it will take 20-30K to be done the way I invisioned it.. I'm a very immaculate ****, I will dig up some pics of a 97 accord I built for my wife.. work of ******* art, to bad I sold it before she got her hands on it

Im rotary for life Grasshopper, my cars will always be at my side but my youth and rare opportunities will not be here forever, so thats why I enjoy myself responsibly
