Back home, instead of saying fortune, they say "tolta". Yes, you are correct, mucha tolta
They didnt mention anything about a new tranny
Yes sir, the plan is to test on Sat. I was thinking about skipping the Pan Ams this year, but with this new combination, I will have to see it in person!
BTW - This car is tuned by the same tuner that tunes Sammy Promotions

At that level you gotta have money to play. Great looking setup! So are they using the billet center plate because you posted pics of one but on the engine they have the stock iron?

I have no clue on the exact price of PAC's billet plate... It's somewhere in the range of $3500-4000 excluding shipping. IIRC, Rocky told me they made 40 or so plates and they intend to make another batch because there are demands for it. It makes sense to buy a billet plate because it's stronger, has "better wear properties, lighter and cost about the same as a NEW factory plate.

In the pics there are 2 billet plates
First one is a 2 piece made by XtremeRotaries were the coolant galleys are machined out exactly like stock Mazda thick 80mm center plate 3 rotor
The second billet plate is TurboSmart , 1 piece were the coolant galleys are just holes going right threw the plate. Its more of a drag set up part, where overheating will not be an issue due to 1/4 mile runs.
If i had to choose the 2 piece XtremeRotaries thick 80mm center plate will be a better choice.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

I thought I was the only one noticing the different plates...
Correct me if I'm wrong but are some of the irons machined for larger dowels and in other pics some are not?
None the less, great build. Def looking forward to the results.

Nice manifold. I remember when they were $3200, it looks like hogans raised the price to $3800 now. and it's probably worth every penny.
