Liberty LSC5100 - is it clutchless?

Does anyone know? I've been told that it is, and that it isn't. Going by the internals pic on their website it looks clutchless, however I'm not so sure now.

The price is right and I know it'll be a quality item, but if it's not clutchless then a GF-5R will be the better option.
