It's 43 deg F so not good for track temp!

Just got back from the palisades meet, and SpeedNYC told me the GA event was rained out.... I feel bad for all the guys (Cris & Anthony) that drove all the way out there for nothing.. Moroso should be alot better, to bad i can't go :-(

From reading on the forums from the island they only shipped Lazcano's 350Z and the Yankee RX8 is still being repaired in Puerto Rico.

Just got home a little while ago. It was nice seeing everyone again. Since Cris was freezing (he decided to wear fashionable shorts in 40deg weather) he was in the truck and I asked question after question! He had no where to run!! lol. I got some nice pics of their low 9sec Evo.
Russ Turner spent some time going over his dash and the features. It was pretty interesting looking at the datalogs and watching the individual shock travel when they went over that "bump" on the 1/8th.
Dee let us get some nice pics of the underside of the Mazdaspeed3 and Tito explained why a lot of things are done when building a chassis. He showed us the first bar that was welded in and how they build the frame from start to finish.
For all the event pics go to http://www.rx7s.com
WHO SAID THERE WAS NO RACING?

Travesio explained this is why you always want to get to the track early and walk the 1/4 mile. I actually followed him on the track when I took that pic. The track is half concrete and the other half is asphalt. When I walked on the concrete side, it was extremely STICKY but on the asphalt side was very very slippery. This was just walking so I can imagine going down with a car. I'm gonna walk MOROSO today LOL.
