Battery Post Question "Drag Race Safety"

With a re-located battery to the rear of the car in a properly sealed cover box mounted properly...

Can one he/she mount external battery post on the bumper or any part of the outside rear of the car in case the driver/owner needs to jump start the car??

Taking note the following...

Relocated battery to the rear of the car with sealed lexan windown...

Killed switch on the outside of the car to kill all power to the car is also installed

I need to know if this will pass inspection...with external battery post to jump start the car from the outside...
