4 inch side pipe delema

ok fellas ive got a small delema , im looking to drop my car three inches as its at the moment 6 inches off the deck, now it will cause a problem with my current 4 inch side pipe,
im looking to try and get it through the side quarter panel somewhere but its not much room to play with in a fc, especially since i drive on the RH side as well, we are upside down in aust
Options are to relocate my brake system inboard or somewhere else, but thats a costly option for me at the moment, other options are to notch the lower edge of the firewall to clear the pipe along the lower edge of the firewall, it would roughly be where my pedals are unfortunately in my fc, Or can i just get it along hte front edge of the firewall and then cut a corner out of the lower guard to sqeeze it in there,

Alternatively have you guys got any pics of FCs with 4 inch type side pipe coming out near the sill or quarter, and it really needs to be on a street chassis car, as the full tube cars you can fabricate anything .

Or is it not a bad idea to just have it under the floor pan somewhere , as ive seen alot of vids with two step flames an **** under the floors of alot of PR cars , will it catch the floor on fire and burn my feet

nah id have to turn the turbo sideways on the manifold, could be done but im looking to just change the dump for now, ive been surching on grs for some pics but most of them are full tube cars where its easy to do a sidepipe through the panels

I need to find out if I'll pass tech with a side exit but I'm planning to do the same thing on my drag car. On a LHD it's fairly easy, but because you can't notch the firewall your best bet may be to notch the tubing instead.

yeh i suppose i could do a angle cut on the edge its going to be against the firewall, or i could do my best hammer job to the bottom of the firewall just enough to help make the pipe fit just cant hit it too far back as it will move my accelerator stop that's on the floor pan

Ive still had no luck finding pics on grs or hear, all are full chassis cars

buy that position it has to go inboard, as the fc doesn't have much as far as clearance goes from firewall to the edge of wheel well on the front guard , thats so far back it has to go inside the cabin ?

yeh i think i got a idea from staring at it for hours an hours , i may just tuck it under the chassis rail to the rear of the lower control arm, if it tuck it up tight and close to the floor i could run it along the front lower edge of the firewall, and then i can cut the corner of the guard and pop it out behind the rh front tyre

pics

also on a random thought, the missus said last night she is interested in going to PR for our honeymoon , or somewhere of that nature i said we could get it sorted so its coincides with a major drag meet she was suitably impressed
