^ tell me about it
We were blessed with a ticket a few days ago by a friend. Because of work, weather & the usual drama, I opted to stay home but I'm happy it worked out in the end.
Kilito will also be there with the Dream Machine crew

It was a great day, I had fun... The scenic mountain drive from San Juan to Salinas was probably more entertaining than the track
There were some speculation that Brent may have damaged the tranny. I know they got the cars out of the trailer about 4:30 and Brent needed to install new clutch parts that he wasn't able to install back home. I didn't take that much photos because I'm not really camera happy these days :-)
Crispeed, Marco said hello...

^ Bro, I got out of the car several times to catch the view of the surrounding mountains.. Amazing, just amazing, but today I was in the mountains of Corozal and that's even more spectacular.
My day in Corozal was probably one of the best days I've had in years.. I was allowed clearance into some of the most secretive rotary shops on the island. First stop was at Betun Performance, the home of MIB, El Pa and others.. Men, forget all the crap you know about rotaries. I left Betun's shop amazed, yet more confused that I was yesterday We talked about seals, trannies and all that good stuff.
Next I was off to Sporty Motorsports, Maiky Performance, RG Machine shop, Mayonesa Racing and Edwin "loquito Killer". They all were hidden in little sections of the surrounding mountains.
Tomorrow I'm off to Mayaguez for some killer Mofongo and a dip in the blue waters of the Caribbean sea.

On that side of the island some of the best beaches are "crashboat & wishing well" by the old naval station. Simply awesome, white sands, crystal clear water and the "nenas" in their little bikini things. OH YES!

I don't mind planning a trip with you guys for a next big event
The plan for tomorrow is to head west towards Isabela, then make my way down to Aguadilla, Mayaguez, & Boqueron while stopping off at various points along the way.
From Boqueron I'm going east to the Parguera because the lake is something I've always wanted to see in person. I should be out of Parguera around 9pm then I continue to my last stop in Ponce where I'll stay for the remainder of my trip.
I was born & raised on an Island, so the mountains, beaches & crazy drivers are nothing new to me :-)... However the constant flow of beautiful is something that require a lot of self control because you could get yourself in a lot of trouble if you think with the wrong head :-) They are everywhere, so I suggest you walk with a blindfold to fight the temptation
