Video of my Rx3-Sp on the dyno. 310RWHP all motor.
Video finally up from 6 months ago. Car dynoed a pull of 338rwhp(but the air/fuel mixture was a bit to lean) after some more tunning(a safer a/f mixture) average power was @310rwhp.. enjoy the car and video..
engine is a series 6 bridgeport with a partial p-port. custom intake manifold. haltech e6k. My Rx3 has a 2 stage nitrous set up.. no nitrous was being used here. this was the early stages of building a fuel map for the engine..

First off, horsepower numbers in the first post were, as mentioned, without nitrous. Can't say anything for sure about plans, but I remember someone the Judge built a motor for doing passes with... 2-300hp worth of bottle? Around that neighborhood. So draw your own conclusions about how much will be going to the ground.
Second off... tube chassis RWD car with drag slicks and a clutchless transmission... as was said in the thread, around 1800ish pounds. Let's do some wildass assumptions and assume the NA part of the motor's similar in output to, say, Padilla, who last I checked cracked into the 9s. Now subtract a couple hundred pounds of weight, add a couple hundred horsepower, a bunch of tire, and the benefits of a purpose designed chassis.
Given what I know of Ito's work, I think he has a fairly good idea of the potential of what he builds.
