OMP/ Premix Question

Im building a Turbo Fuel injected 12a. the problem is for a street car like mine it is a big problem that I have to run no fuel cut because is not ideal higher egt less gas mileage. I'm using a 13b RE twin turbo intake. i've heard some intakes have oil injectors in them does this. How will i control the oil obviously an electric pump of a kind should it just be ran in relation to rpm that's what stock is right? Can i just use an rx8 omp strapped to a tank with a line going straight to the end of the intake(for max atomization), is it better to have 1 per port directly at the engine?
