how much does a isuzu npr intercooler flow
#2
The smaller NPR IC: at 329cfm and 290°F on the inlet side of the IC, the pressure drop is 0.09psi. The outlet temp is 130°F, heat rejected is 55553 BTU/hr, and the calculated heat exchange area is 1404 square inches.
The larger NPR IC: at 340cfm and 290°F on the inlet side of the IC, the pressure drop is 0.07psi. The outlet temp is 111°F, heat rejected is 64237 BTU/hr, and the calculated heat exchange area is 2018 square inches.
hope these figures are what you needed.

Sorry for bringin' this one back , but I'm now wondering if my Isuzu IC (the larger one) will be a bottle neck with my "new" configuration (semi pp , projay intake and twin GT3071R's) , anwone have any idea ?? , I'm sure I saw this same IC being used very sucessfully in a certain orange RX2.

I will be running pump gas with water (and or methanol) injection all controlled by an Autronic SM2. The car is at home in my garage , I'm in the final stages of build ,I just completed the exhaust manifold and intercooler outlet piping , I still have the intercooler inlet and the piping ex both turbines to finish up . I will be posting plenty of pics when I'm done,I guess I'll try out the NPR and see how it performs.
