ice pilot, check out dysons rotorys they have a twin turbo setup with 2 stock s4 fc turbos. I had a chat to craig dyson at NZ rotary nats, this setup produced 450hp from memory and ran an 11 sec pass, high flow the f@#kers with a good stage 2 port and this might be the set up your looking for.
I like the idea of a 700hp street car theres a guy here in NZ that races his street fd at the local night drags. he runs TT set up with monster bridgeports and has dynod 750hp, dont know what turbos, they are ballbearing jobbies,
I think the best set up would have to be the way the aussies do it , big stage2 and a large TO4/5 hybrid turbo. good for 700hp+

Hey thanks alot bro.....I knew there was a way. That guys car wouldant happen to be dark green mica would it....stock looking with no body kit.

Cos I seen some pretty fast FDs come off the street, Hyper tyres is one i know, Its a red FD with that logo writen on the side and a whole heap of stickers. I dont know his HP though.

That green one i was on about, he drags with lick very very thin light tyers in the front and huge drag slics, i think i seen him pull a very high 10, ptobly 10.8 or something.

Anyway thanks mate.

I see theres a new TT kit on the RX7 store webpage, it has no price yet or any stats. I might buy those if the stats come out good.

My other idea now is to stay with my extended port or maybe go biger cos i wont be driveing the car all that much cos ill be in the Air force soon. Is there a way to put 2 single turbos that make 450hp each into a TT setup.?

ice pilot, you mean you havent even price the banzia yet??? im not sure if they do carry out motors, I think its just a pakage, but anyway the pakage is 40k.. may I ask why do you need a 700 rwhp??? 95 percent of the streetcars cant even hang with a 500rwhp fd..

The fd is a camelian colour with a wild body kit, RES built it. there runing relatively low boost too because of fuel leaning at high rpm. but i agree with the rest of the guys, 700hp is great but how long will it last before the dowls fail and the engine cracks . 500hp is 200 more than anough and a lot more reliable 700hp

700+rwhp = ported 20B, T-78 with a divided exahust flange (1.15AR), lot of fuel, Haltech, race gas, Plus a good tuner.

Um no, that turbo is only suitable for a 13B

try T76 compressor wheel - rice racing sized one, with a 1.5A/R Q trim exhuast side

Try MVA motorsports on the 20b forum, I think that will answer all your questions. Theres a parts list plus a 800rwhp @ 18psi if Im correct but I say 600rwhp will carry you faster than you want to go.

I got your answer

This is a easy answer to make 700rwhp and it would be pretty reliable just buy a supra and mod that . There are plenty of supra's with over 700 and run it reliable because those engine's are bullet - proof unlike our rotarys.

if ur really serious about makin the 700 go with the a-spec tiwn turbo kit . the same turbos make 750hp on supras. them and a streetable bridge port good get u there with the least lag of all ur turbo options.

1.Dont buy a 20B from Petit, too much.

2.Someone in NZ can build you one for cheaper.

3.MVA made 600RWHP+ @ 18psi with pump gas and MVA's street port.

4. Get a good turbo for your application. 600HP for example; you would need a turbo that can flow 60lb/min worth of air. So find compressor maps and check out which turbo would be best.

5. Lots of money

MVA made 579.1 rwhp @ 11 psi, 779.4 rwhp @ 18psi; with a small turbo. My numbers soon.

"ok so its a 20b, u still need a big turbo and oh yeah id recomend METHANOL, that should take care of the fuel problem lol, but i dont know of ne rx7s running that much power in a non drag car, i could be wrong tho"

don't want to fuel the fire, but i did find a vid once of a 700 HP rx7 being dynoed, all of it was in japanese, red car had about 4 or 5 guys sititng in the back of the hatch, looked like RE aero parts on car, anyone ever seen this vid, can be found on a meda downloader(like Kazaa)

that vid was of scoot's rx7 dynoing at 710ps which is about 700hp. it was a 2 rotor single turbo. It looked like may be a gt35/40 but i am not sure about that
