not a lot if u don't do any intake mods....cuz theres no point of opening up ur exhaust while having a restrictive intake.

10hp or so maybe

the exuast is restrictive
so it will help some
, but it really shines after a port job

its very noticeable. theres no real need for other mods, the fuel system is too small

william take my advice...do ur exhaust mod.....aftermarket intake manifold, carb, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and ur good to go....and it will truly shine after a portjob and try to add in an msd to top it all off

Bro we in the same boat I just got a racing beat header but I kinda wish I had went with this http://iscracing.net/exhaust.htm

My racing beat setup is nice, but it is the street header which is nice and easy to install u need a muffler shop to weld up a flange for a catco for you, and they can weld a flange to the end to preserve the stock midpipe and muffler, but major restriction there too. If I had to (and I probably will) do it over I will get the iscracing header and midpipe and presection and add my own cat in there and fab up a muffler section. Good luck Exhaust mods make a dif but after that the gsl-se is so unique with its intake and so restrictive Im probably going to check into megasquirt or some other aftermarket ECU . I might have to just do a FC 13B swap into my lil ole gsl-se
