Exclamation Best Intake

This is a poll to see which intake everyone uses or likes best. I tried to list every intake that I could think of...

I'm currently using the HKS Power Intake system, and I don't have any complaints. I originally tried to get the Apexi Intake, but all Apexi products were on back order. Then I tried to get the Blitz, and the same thing.

I didn't want to wait and got the HKS. Personally, I think the Blitz is the best looking intake.

The FTL intake by far the best. Good luck finding one though.

why are there like 3 of these best intake posts?
anyway, as glass man said, the FTL was a great intake, but very hard to find now. the tri-point was just as good if not better, and i have one for sale in the used parts section, so it's a little easier to find. neither of these is made anymore.... the tri-point was too well made and not cost effective at the $400 they charged, pettit makes tons of money on the crap they sell for like $350
go here and see what people say about the tri point and others:

I just recently found out that Weapon R makes an intake for the FD, does anyone have any pictures of that? Post pictures if you have them of your intakes too... esp DIY (do-it-yourself)

Just got an carbon fibre M2 with the pipes. 4 business days to deliver from CA to Toronto, Canada. Did not come with instructions for putting in the car, so will wait till the weekend in case it takes longer than expected. Looks very trick, though the carbon fiber on the sides and bottom could look better. Can post photos in the car if requested.

TYSON, request, request.

I am very curious to see how it looks. I also heard that they have problems with getting their merchandise out the door, 4 days that's cool!

because people never use the search function povided at thetop of the page.

my vote goes to the pvc intake. it was worth the $60 i spent on it. pvc= the pipe i used to clamp 2 k&n filters onto to make it. also had to do some "serious" bending and TONS of time on aluminum to make a replica a pettits BS design.
i hope everyone got my sarcasm in some of my statements.

FYI M2 Intake

Takes less than an hour to install. Must move coolant hose that runs from overflow to AST. Most of the time is installing aluminum pipes to turbos, that bottom one is a bitch. Slightly louder than stock, you can just hear the turbos spool up.

Can anyone tell me if the M2 will work w/ a FMIC?! Are there any closed/coldair intakes that will work w/ a FMIC?

RX 7 Fashion makes a FMIC that will fit with M2 intake. XS Engineering used to make one.
