13b to Sequential Gearbox problems
Hi,
So im doing a pp ported 13b to a tractive rdt175 sequential gearbox, but im having trouble with housing to connect them.
The easiest way would be a rx3/rx4 bellhousing and make an adapter plate on gearbox side. But im having big troubles finding those where im located (Norway). Ive also been looking at other manual bellhousings but no real luck.
So ive got my hands on automatic bellhousing, and from looking at forums here it should bolt on to the engine, and i can make the adapter plate on gearbox side as planned. But i would have to make a hole for the clutch fork etc. Does anyone have any experience with this kinda of conversion?
Can i also use manual starter and make a bracket for it?
If anyone wants to get rid of a bellhousing please let me know aswell.
Best Regards
Stefan

Surely if going to the effort of running a sequential box on a PP you should be looking at steel fabricated or CNC bellhousing? I'm pretty sure there are off the shelf steel to suit a couple of different auto boxes from US companies and there are CNC turbo box housings available in Australia. Hydraulic throw out bearing is probably your friend too.
