A shot of the secondary port from the intake side.

Like the adhoc "work bench" for the housing? It's a Coleman "engine housing bench."

Another shot of the exhaust ports.

Notice that it's not the box shape port from ol' school.
Also, the sleeves are still installed.

Primaries need some touching up. I'll have pics as soon as they are done.

The primary port shapes are not extended since I want to keep some low end power. However, it should be a bit deeper and the edges of the port will be a bit tapered.

SPZ510 and assoc. does not recognize any porting or modification applying to the rotary motor or any derivative therof that dos not include a bridge! Just kidding, looks great! Very jealous.

On the exhaust port you need some fine tunning. When I say fine tunning I mean the ring around the port is too sharp. When the rotor is closing the exhaust port,(upper edge) the apex seal will bang with that sharp edge and create some serious damage to the seal material. Basically all you have to do is replicate the stock looking edge of the port to the new ported rotor housing. Just lay your porting bit 45 degrees around the edge of the port(especially on the closing side of the port) When your done with the ported rotor housing, it should look like a stock edge with the bevel look. The idea is to have the apex seal close the exhaust port with out touching the edge of the rotor housing. Besides that, the exhaust port is Ideal..

Looks nice and Ito is right on about the bevel. It does not take much though so go off a stock as he mentioned.
