strong transmissions?
i Have heard of a one-off deal with a turbo II motor being conected to a chevy tranny. probably a turbo 350. (i think the car was an r100 with a 750 holley on a custom T2 motor. you wanna see wheel stands? if you see these puerto ricans, take a picture. last i had seen this was battle of the imports in chicago.)
ANYWAY.
do any of you have an idea of a much stronger transmission that is made as a bolt on replacement, of a kit that you can change the bell housings to fit another tranny.
Thanks

i am running a t2 with a t04 but that's not the problem, i am talking easy to replace and get parts for. and versitile. there are so many ratio options in those tranny. plus if those things can handle the torque of a V8. there will be no problem with a mazda motor. maybe dog box it. i haven't decided completely yet. that and i am tired of crap breaking.

are you asking where to get a transmission or how to hook a chevy 350turbo to a rotary engine?
