ES or CSP autox class
i know i can be in either one but my biggest dilema is the tires they are toyo r1's so and i dont know which class to enter under due to tire regulation. i want to enter under ES cause i will dominate and if i enter under CSP i will get destroyed. does anyone know?

If you are planning on dominating ES in an RX-7 AND with Toyos you better stay at small local events. Once you race a well prepared 94-97 miata or MR2 with a decent driver your tail will be between your legs.
If you have an open dif or stock viscous dif you can play in STS2 on street tires.

Which region do you race with? I know people in South Bend Region and Indy region that can probably help you out.
I can't tell from the pic which model you have. If you have a clutch type dif you can not run in STS 2.
It all comes down to how much you want to spend. If you want to stay relatively cheap stay in ES (and fix all those little rules infractions). If you want to put wide tires, suspension and rip off all your emissions and have a loud, stiff, smelly-semi-race car go CSP.
If you don't have competition in ES race against the index or go to a bigger region to find someone to compare yourself to to get better.

Well, with those mods you definately are no where near ES any more.
Your times were not that bad at all seeing that Velma and Raleigh Boreen and Steve Mieritz are all CenDiv and National caliber drivers. Talk to all of them and maybe get a ride along or have them drive your car and you will learn a lot. If you can get within 1-2 seconds of them you know it is time to get wider rims and Kumho 710s or the new Hoosier A6s.

i would like to get wider rims and wider tires but i dont have hardly any money right now. i know my toyo's will hold up for the next up coming autox but for the winged warrior battle. you would like that winged warrior battle its 60 domestics and 60 imports.
