Hey Carl, did you put the acrylic protective cover over the '99 j-spec lights on the bumper? If not, are you planning too or make something on your own?

I am planning on using the 99 spec lights with an HID conversion, either a commercially available JDM Feed piece, or I will make my own. I want a functional running light with my headlights down. I gather from your avatar that you have a GTC nose, now you need the GTC hood we are having made(if it is ever finished).
Is there a fitment problem with the 99 combo lights? I have not purchased them yet. What IC are you using? does it fill the nose? Drop me a line, and we can compare notes, later, Carl

Yes, got the GTC nose but can't use the hood you guys have for hood clearance issues with the dual thermostat and upper manifold. There were fitment problems with the whole bumper that still need to be resolved, the lights were hacked in, etc. Here's a pic of the air dam w/the FMIC...ya, it fills the dam alright
